SHR Doctor Location in Jujutsu Zero (PHR Doctor NPC)

Who the Doctor Is

The “SHR doctor” (in-game the PHR doctor — Physical Heavenly Restriction doctor) is the hidden NPC who runs the HR skill tree. No doctor, no tree.

Where to Find Them

1. Open your map and teleport to the Awaken Zenin area (the same zone as the Soul Fragment raid).
2. The doctor is a secret NPC near the teleport zone — tucked away rather than on the main path, so sweep the surrounding structures.

Prerequisite

The doctor only matters once you’ve finished all four binding weights of the Physical HR chain — the skill tree’s nodes are then unlocked through raid completions.

While You’re There

The zone is a natural double-up: fragment farming, doctor visits and raid runs all share the teleport (Raids guide).
